MMA Style Kickboxing / Ab Blast!

Get ready to punch, kick, block, and strike your way to a more toned and fit body! This MMA style kickboxing and Ab class will consist of 30 minutes of combat style cardio and 20 minutes of an Ab blasting routine that’s surely to increase muscle tone and burn fat!

Spin

Spin is a non-impact cardiovascular workout on specially designed spin bikes that increases overall conditioning and endurance. A super effective fat burner that does not require a lot of coordination and is appropriate for men and women of all ages and abilities.

Barre

Barre is a unique, high energy/no impact exercise class that combines barre work and light weights with continual fat burning motion. Central to the workout are toning and resistance exercises for the butt, legs, torso and arms to sculpt muscles and tone your body.

Cross Training

A high-intensity full body workout combining agility drills, strength conditioning exercises, calisthenics, plyometrics, resistance training, functional training drills and more! Guaranteed to work up a sweat!

Cross Training Circuit

A High-intensity full body workout using a circuit training format to shed inches and tone. Combines strength, cardio and plyometric exercises for optimal results. In our OBOM Cross Training Circuit, versatility Rules!  It’s never the same workout twice!

Deep Stretch & Relaxation

Melt your stress away in this 60 minute deep stretch and relaxation class. This class uses gentle yoga techniques to release tension, relieve muscle soreness, rejuvenate joints and improve overall mind/body health, wellness and awareness.

Full Body Sculpt

A 60 minutes full body workout designed to build and strengthen muscle for a more firm and sculpted physique.

Plyo-Training Circuit

Plyo Circuit is a 45-minute class that combines 20 minutes of high intensity plyometric and cardio followed by a weight training circuit designed to burn maximum calories using minimal time.  This class is sure to help you achieve optimal results!

Power Yoga

An empowering workout designed to reduce stress, increase strength and improve flexibility while releasing toxins and bringing overall harmony to the body.

Pilates

A unique stretching and strengthening exercise system designed to improve flexibility while increasing muscle definition. Sculpts and tones abdominal muscles, strengthens back muscles and core while creating a more streamlined figure.

Rhythm Rumble®
